1. I like the fees structure and the environment around the college. The fees is less as compared to other govt. colleges i.e. 65000 - 70000 per year. 2. The fees of the hostel is only 2500Rs per Semester. And the Mess fees is 10000 - 12000 per semester, which I feel is good. 3. Here Admission is done through JEE Mains score as well as those who have done their diploma Courses can join as a lateral entry students by giving UKSEE exam. 4. Since my hometown is Uttarakhand, I preferred it over other colleges. 5. I visited no. of websites like Quora, Careers 360, College Dunia, etc.

1. I chose Mechanical Engineering because I have done my diploma in Mechanical engineering, also Mechanical engineering is an evergreen branch. Faculty to student ratio is 12:1. All the teachers are IITians. And some are pursuing their PHD's while some are PHD holders. I love the way they teach us. They train you for the practical world by explaining the concepts in the syllabus. 4. This time due to Covid, Exams are postponing means irregularities are there. But I hope that in future the exam will be conducted in proper manner. You should to put efforts for getting pass.

1. From 7th sem. the students become eligible for campus placements. Mainly the CS Branch companies comes in large no. Starting Highest package in Mechanical Branch is 3.6 Lakh per annum . I want to do projects in large Automative Industries.

Sem. Fees: 31000 Rs - 40000 Rs . Hostel Fees: 2500 Rs per sem. Mess Fees: 10000 Rs - 12000 Rs per sem. Means in a year a total of 70000 Rs - 75000 Rs is charged (Without including Hostel and Mess Fees). I am pursuing the course I will mention here if I will get in future.

Life in Campus is amazing. There is greenery everywhere. There are few groups there like Abhivyakti, ISTE, Society of Automative Engineers, SEE, CESTA. The campus is sprawling over 169 acres of land. The institute is situated near village Ghurdauri, about 13 km from Pauri city on Pauri Devpryag road in District of Pauri Garhwal.

Their is 3 person sharing room with 3 beds, tables and chairs there. The mess meal is very good. They make varieties of food on different days. After the admissions, the link for fee submission of the hostel and mess is provided on the GBPEC portal (Gbpec.ac.in).

No I didn't face any group discussion yet as I am new to this college. The admission is done through the JEE mains score and if you want to come in 2nd year as a lateral student then you have to clear UKSEE exam.
