Remarks
I choose this college because also after being an off campus college not on north campus this college has created its good name and fame above some of the north campus colleges also. The infrastructure is also great in this college. This college also provides us with one of the best teachers of Delhi University. This college also has a great academic performance on du colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
Being a commerce student I preferred the bachelor of commerce honours ( b com.Hons.). The faculty and students ratio is also nice here. There are 50_60 students in a class. There is also a tutorial session every week in which you can clear your doubts this entices me a lot. Student and teachers here both are too supportive and understanding. Since it's online teaching the teaching methods and techniques are also very nice.
Internships Opportunities
We get several internship opportunities with and without colleges from several different fields. The internships are also paid as well as unpaid wherein paid internship there is a stipend of approx. 5000 rs.
Placement Experience
The college provides placement opportunities from the end of the 4th semester and starting of the 5th semester. The college gets the highest placements from the commerce department where 70%_80% of the students get placed from the college. In other departments, it is mostly above 50% of the placements from the college. There is also a separate placement cell of the college J.E.E.T.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the fees seem to be high as I also personally feels as it was also higher than some of the north campus colleges too. But the study here is also nice. Some of the teachers also provide their notes and the class recording during online teaching. I personally like this system much as it helps in studying a lot.
Campus Life
This college is more of academic oriented but there are sports and extracurricular activities also which are like less from the rest of the colleges. But the college provides several Intra and inter College quizzes on several topics and occasion. And there is also a sports period once a week.
Hostel Facilities
College being near to north campus you can easily get affordable hostels and PGs to live. And there are also PGs near to the college. I being from Delhi only don't have much information about the college.
Interview Experience
No, the admission was totally merit based as in most of the Delhi university colleges. There are yes some academic caste class and sports quota like in the Delhi university colleges. The online process of admission was quite easy.
