Remarks
There are two types of admission process. One is direct admission and another one is from jee main. First, let's talk about Direct admission. For direct admission, you need 60% marks in your 10th and 12th standard. And then you have to give a college admission test. The admission test is very easy. Anyone can get 70% on that test. So don't worry about the test. And now the second method, you can get admission through your jee main rank or west Bengal joint rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
As a curious person, I always want to learn to code, how everything works so I choose computer science engineering. There is a total of 240 students in our batch. We have 4 section that means 60 students in one section. The best thing about this university is its Faculty. Faculty members are well qualified and helpful. They will always help you. And they are very friendly.
Placement Experience
For the last 2 year placement was not do good. Very few students are getting placement. The lowest packaging is 15000 per month and the highest packaging is 40000 per month. Only 30-40% of students are getting placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
For b.tech the total fees are 350000. But now I think in 2021 the fees have increased. We have to pay 48000+1200 every semester .48000 is tuition free and 1200 is exam free. There is some scholarship like if you get 60%-75% in your 12th standard, you will get a 10000 scholarship. And for 75%-90% you will get 15000 and above 90% 20000 scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus Life is not very good. Firstly the campus is not so big. There is only one small playground. There is no basketball court, no cricket court nothing. They have arranged a yearly tech fest. In our college, there is no clubs or groups that you can join.
