First, I prepared for jee main exam. As I belong to the sc category, I got the benefit of it. Whan, I cleared the exam only 60% score was counted from jee the main exam and rest 40% was from your 12th board exam. My age was 18 when I appeared for jee main and to 90/360 marks in the sc category. The counselling mainly held at the starting of June. You have to appear in jee advance if you want to get admission to IITs.

It chooses Mechanical Engineering. The facility is good and very appreciative. The facility tries to help every student. In my class, there were 150 students in 2 sections. Further, these 2 sections were divided into 4-4 sections. Max teachers are PhD holders. They teach mainly on Blackboard and on the projector when required.

The internship opportunities are not that good in nit kkr. The company mainly ask about your projects. They took normal test and interview. Internship companies like Bajaj, Tata, Maruti etc. For internship, you mainly search for out of campus. Very limited company visit on the campus.

In the 3rd yr of B.Tech students are eligible for internship drive. In the final year, you can get placements. companies like Iocl, bel, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata, Microsoft, Maruti etc. You can get an average package of 6 lpa if you opt for mechanical engineering. The highest package in ME was 20 LPA. Around 85% of students get placements every year. I prepared for GATE.

I got admission in 2015 and the fee was 42500 per semester. But at present, the fee is according to the income of your parents. You can get a different type of financial assistance on a campus-like the SBI bank of the campus provides you study loan at min interest rates. You can get different states or central scholarships.

There are soo many extracurricular activities you can do on campus. Annual fast like Confluence, Talent show, Utkarsh etc. A technical fest like techsparda, robotics, junkyard etc. All our classrooms are fully air condition. There is a big playground where you can play cricket, badminton, basketball, kabaddi, athletes etc. Social groups like photography club, music club, arts, tilted tripod club etc.

A single room is provided in the 2nd year to every student. The hostel is new with full facilities of electricity, washroom, wifi, elevator etc. The menu of hostel meal is different every day. The quality of food is average. When to come for counselling you can get every detail related to the hostel. You can get the PG in the city which is about 5 km away from campus. But I recommend taking a hostel other than PG because hostel facilities are very good.
