Remarks

The admission process was pretty simple as I got the counselor's number from the university website and after i contacted him he was really helpful. I just have to submit my documents to him and all other process was carried out by him. And whenever I had any doubt I just contacted him and he was always there to help me.

Course Curriculum Overview

So I choose this course because I had an interest in doing CSE and after all, it is a great field for upcoming years. So the student's faculty ratio is okay as in online class we have 1 professor for 60 students and 2 lab professors for 30 30 students. The teaching method of the faculty is quite good first they post the video and then they take a live class in which they solve all the doubts related to the videos. So the exams were as timely as it should be and we got last years questions papers from our seniors as well as teachers and it was a great help.

Internships Opportunities

I am currently in 1st year so I know a little about placements and internships but as overheard from seniors our university is great in giving internships and placement opportunities to deserving students.

Placement Experience

So students become eligible from 3 years onwards and as I told you that I am currently in 1st year so I don't know a lot about placements and all. But as I overheard from our seniors that the college provides quite a lot of opportunities for students. I am planning to pursue a Masters's in machine learning after getting my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

So currently I am in the first year so there is no hike in fees, but i got a scholarship because of my marks in 12 which was about 40k. And because I am in my first year so I don't really know about jobs on campus and all.

Campus Life

I got admitted when corona is going on so there was no actual fest but there are regular virtual events hosted by different social groups all over and we get info about it in our respective groups and it is pretty simple to register in it. We get notes in class study materials and many different items. So i have never been to campus just to visit thankfully because of corona so I don't know about extracurricular activities. There are many clubs in our college and i am. A part of DSC which is a developer students club and it has its own website it regularly holds webinars on interesting topics as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

I always wanted to pursue engineering, so after 12th I wanted to join B. Tech as my course.
