I had applied to Roorkee College Of Engineering, through my jee mains marks. They provide scholarships on the basis of your jee mains marks.If you had scored good marks, you are surely getting a satisfactory scholarship. I am currently pursuing my btech from the college in the computer science department.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have pursued a btech from the computer science department. The faculties here are good. They will clear your doubts and are always ready to help you at any time. The faculties in our department are mostly phd holders and are experienced in their respective fields.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides various internship programs where students can apply and enhance their skills in their field. The student doing an internship gets a good stipend. moreover, the students are given projects which they have to complete in time.
Placement Experience
The placements here are good and the student present in the 3rd year is eligible to take part in campus recruitment drive. The maximum package of college last year was 18lpa. I can surely say you are going to get a good package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees will nearly be about 1 lakh and that of hostel depends upon the choice you made. Like there are Rs 60000 rooms available in hostels. moreover 70000 and 80000rs i.e. super deluxe rooms at the hostel are also there. Talking about scholarships,they provide it on the basis of your jee mains marks.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is very good. You are surely going to enjoy the environment here. There is a library in the hostel that contains a large number of books that you can use to enhance your knowledge. moreover, the college has certain clubs and organizes sports& extracurricular activities twice a week.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided in the college is good. You are going to love your hostel life in the college. Moreover, the food they provide is good and is different each day. The food provided here is quite tasty.
