Course curriculum and campus is good

I had applied in only GKV FET and I got admission here easily. I had not got admission through any quota. For admission in B.Tech JEE Mains scores are needed. By filling online form from the official website students will easily get admission if they have around 50 percentile in JEE Mains but vary according to category. After that merit list will be out from college If you have your name in that you will get a call for counseling. My counseling was held online in 2020 and I got admission to Mechanical engineering.

I always want to work around machines that's why I have chosen this course. The faculty is well qualified and the teaching quality is very good. In our college almost every faculty is Ph.D. and many are postgraduate. They are very friendly with the students and very cooperative. In one semester we have two sessional exams and one end semester exam. And the difficulty level is moderate.

Internship for students is available after 2nd year and every student can't get an internship very easily many students have to do internships on their own. Teachers tell the students to do internships in their free time. Students can do internships by searching for better opportunities outside the college. Sometimes they have to pay to do an internship and hardly they get the stipend.

Placements in GKV are average In mechanical branch very less students get placement. From 8th-semester students become eligible for placements. Many big and small companies come here to placed students in companies like Wipro, Gail, and Infosys, etc The highest package was offered 8 LPA, the average package is 4 LPA, and the Lowest package was 2.5 LPA. In the mechanical branch around 10% of students getting placements but in CSE around 50% of students getting placements. My plans after getting the degree are to pursue my higher studies and I want to do M.Tech in automobile engineering.

Fee structure 2020: First-year: 92500 Second-year: 92000 Third-year: 90000 Fourth-year: 90000 I have not taken hostel but according to data per year hostel fee is around 50000. Students also get a scholarship minimum scholarship a student can get is 10000 and the maximum is 50000. You can get financial assistance also. In our mechanical brach there is very little chance to get campus job around 6 students got Placement in the year 2020 but there is some chance for computer science students.

Campus life is good there is a lot of greenery and a fresh atmosphere. The annual fest is happening in college students can take part in many activities. Library facility is available students can borrow books for whole semester almost every book is available there. The classroom is well maintained. Sports are available for students such as Volleyball, Badminton, and Football, etc. Many extracurricular activities happen on-campus students can take part accordingly. Social groups have been made by students and students also interested in them.
