Remarks
It was a very good experience, on my first day I was very excited and got an opportunity to know about my college during the induction program which held for the first 3 days. I have not applied to any other college prior to my admission. Admission was done on a merit basis. And counseling was held by the college and students were provided branches on basis of merit and preference. My merit was enough to get computer science branch which was my preference
Course Curriculum Overview
My passion was towards computers so I wanted to pursue my graduation in computer science. Faculty members were very good and supportive and I am in constant touch with a few of my faculties to get mentorship from them. Many faculties are Ph.D. There was a semester system and if one pays attention to the lectures then it was not difficult to pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities
Some students opted for the internship provided by the organizations which have a tie-up, some students find an internship on their own. Projects were very good to work on and faculties were also supportive.
Placement Experience
The placements were very good. In the 7th semester, the placement drive got started, fortunately, I got placed in 4 MNCs at that time. And join one of them after completing my course. The average package was 3.36LPA and the highest package for that batch was 40LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were around 180000 per year approx at the time when I was pursuing, the face may have increased by now. However, there were scholarship opportunities there on the basis of percentage. Also, there were some other scholarships that were provided by the government for the students who were eligible, there were some criteria which I don't know, but few of my colleagues got that scholarship.
Campus Life
Life at the campus was very good. There was one annual fest 'grafest'. There was a very good library there and all books were available there. Sports facilities were also good. There were several clubs organized by the students and students were proactively participatIng in all those clubs and programs.
