Maharaja agarsen college stands as one of the best college with best infrastructure the college however could not manage to get the popularity it deserves MAC has always stood out as an amazing place to be in the faculty, crowd, societies, fest, events etc are way to amazing the college manages to fulfill all the requirements of a student. Maharaja agarsen college is simply amazing.

I in my 12th cbse board scored 90% choosing agrasen was one of the best decision i could have ever made agarsen is most feasible as it is just a 15 mins way from my home to the college the college campus always fascinated me since i was a school kid. As the reviews suggested this college has got one of the best faculty for english honours there was no reason for me not choosing this college.

English honours is one of the best course one could go for. It does not only study literature but opens door to history and culture as well. It talks about the society and the condition of it. It opens door for a large number of career options as well. Having journalism with english is a amazing combination.

Our college has got it's internship cell the college provides opportunities to explore the practical world. Companies such as patriko , edunuts, pms consulting etc are indulhed in the process. The stipends provided are negotiable however it is much to satisfy a students need.

The college placement cell is working thorugh out and help get best placements. Companies such as paytm, ibm , freelancer , etc are called to recruit the students. Students at a large number are chosen . The process continues until maximum number of students are placed. The pay differs from company to company. However the pay usually starts from 20,000 per month.

The college tries to celebrate each and every event with great pomp and show. Starting from the freshers party the day was amde perfect for the new comers which also included great fun activities. The college also had a festive celebration during diwali an oath taking ceremony was also conducted for the new council which included a proper lunch for the students.

The fee in this college is extremely feasible being a delhi university college it dies not charge to much . It is one of the most inexpensive college in the whole campus. However fees varies from course to course bit still it isn't expensive at all it has an yearly fees of rs.10,000.

The college provides scholarship for the students who cannot afford the fees. A test is conducted and the students who fulfill the requirements are provided with scholarships. The college allows the student to study or free or cuts down the fees almost by 75-80%.The college also provides facility to pay in installments.

The college has got a proper gender ratio ,no racism is made on basis of caste , creed,gender or any other sort. The college has got amazing cultural society for theatre, street play, music, dance, creative writing , entrepreneurship and debate the college has it's own student union which is always there to fight for student rights . The union works to make college better . There is no discrimination for the north eastern people as well. They are made comfortable and have there own society. The students from socially backward class have a society who's president is included in the student council. Decisions are made keeping regard to all the students.

The college has got a girls hostel which is well settled. It has all required amenities that are required. The food is provided with a variation in the menu everyday to the hostel girls. There is a proper check on the health and hygiene. The mess also provides proper evening snacks, milk and fruits. No less than a delicious home food is prepared for the girls the timings for the mess are very suitable so that each and every girl could easily have food. There is proper security for the hostel girls. The hostel includes proper sanitation.

The seniors as well as the admin section of the college are amazing the admin is always ready to solve conflicts the seniors are pretty cool they are extremely social they are a great help we are blessed to have such seniors.

The exams are very well scheduled with proper gaps to provide time for a student to prepare well. Minimum of 3 days are provided within to exams . The date sheet and the syllabus are made quite before and are informed well to the students so as to provide them a sense of comfort.

This year however the admission pattern changed the cut offs and then the merit list. I got my admission through the merit list. The process here was extreme simple. They are different desk for each course. There was no chaos at all . Proper arrangements were made to take care that the process is well explained to each and everyone. They made us fill the forms the next desk was for verification of certificates ,the third one was for submission of form and documents and the process was completed.

The college provides one of the best faculty. The professors here are not just to teach what's in the text but talk about the society as a whole. The professors are well companion in fun activities as well. The faculty are always available to clarify doubts at any point of time. Extra classes are arranged on special demand.
