Not so worth it college if you are a social person

I am a diploma student and had applied for the lateral entry program in BTech electrical and because of the covid pandemic there was no entrance exam for the program it was a direct merit entry on the basis of the previous course percentage mine was 78% and the process for the admission was also sorted you just have toh bring the assigned documents which were listed on the website the just cross-checked the document and your counseling rank card and he admission was done. Its a good govt. College to pursue BTech but in a remote location

I choose this college as it was a govt. College and considering the fee of the course. The faculty here is good some are best but not all they cooperate a little. All the faculties are well qualified in their fields and hold master degrees and have their owned teaching methods which may vary and be understandable if you pay attention. The exams were in every 3 months as sessionals and end sem in 6 months and it was not difgicult to pass the exam as teachers a good.

Mostly college collab with the companies which give opportunities to CS IT students like-colored cow which can give great exposure to the students about the job about the protocol of job and skills needed for a job stiped is not offered in most cases

Placement are not so good as the college is in a remote location some get it from the campus but the major number of students get placements from off-campus placement The highest college placement for breach is now around 3 lac There is percentage deciding criteria if you got the skill you got the placement via interview. My plans after the degree would be clearing a govt. Exam

The fee is a little bit high as a govt. College should not possess a high amount of fee, because not everyone can afford to pay around 50000 in 6 months including hostel fee of 25000 And as per of scholarships, there are no scholarships for general candidates

As i am a new student i have not attended any fest but as per the old students it was quite popular there they enjoyed it The college has a library in it which almost has all the books necessary for the course. College also gives the opportunity to participate in different types of sports like cricket, table tennis etc Also the college has many clubs running like acting club dancing club and many more curricular activities

Hostel rooms are fine provided with 3 beds proper ventilation and electricity. But the hostel meals are not so good, it can be considered as average. You can say it is food which you can eat just to live. And also there is a major problem of water sometimes the water problem may last to 3 days The registration process of the hostel is simple not so complicated you just have to pay the fee and the room is allotted on the first come first serve basis.
