Journey from college to job

I appeared for IPU CET and got 980 ranks in it. I applied for this college because it has all the facilities. I didn't avail any quota for taking admission. The admission criteria are simple, we have to appear for the entrance exam then the cut off is released after cut off we have to fill the choice of college and then the colleges are allotted according to the rank and after the allotment, we have to submit the necessary documents. There was no counselling during the admission.

I choose this course because I was passionate to learn more about this subject. There are around 20 faculty members for all the 3-year students. The teachers are well qualified and have got their degrees from the best colleges. They have unique methods to teach which help us understand well. The exams are held after every semester and it is really easy to pass the exam.

Students of final year are eligible for the campus placement. There are a number of companies that visit our campus for placement like Oracle, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, Pepsi, etc. The average package offered is 5 lakh per annum. About 90% of the students get placed during the campus placement. I am planning my master after the placement.

The fee hike takes place after a certain period of time. The cost of the study is high but the facilities are very nice. They provide scholarships and financial assistance to needy students and also to the ones who have lost their earning members during Covid. They do not provide any job to you on campus with a stipend. We are allowed to do internships.

Every year Sankaran is organised in the month of February or March. It is the annual academic fest being organised by VSE every year. There is a huge library with all the necessary books and newspapers and magazines. There are all the amenities in the classroom like air conditioner, projector, water cooler, clean and hygiene environment etc. There are many sports activities like Football, Chess, Table Tennis, Basketball etc. There are many different clubs like Kalaa, Arthvidya, Vyom, NSS, etc.
