BSH department is awful they are more strict than our parents. DD sir and SD sir are two teachers you should be careful of. This college have everything you need, except a ground.
Entrance Preview
I got into this college through WBJEE my rank in WBJEE was 9564. I wanted CSE but i had to take EE because i wanted to be in good college, though i chould have taken CSE in FIT. MSIT was know for its civil department but now due the demand of CSE in the industry CSE is most demanding in our college followed by EE branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
Its the best for the purpose of research. Except IEM no other college have such quality education among the private institute under WBUT. Faculty is quiet good and much better than the neighboring college Heritage. The professors always encourage the students for creativity and best among the others.

Big companies like Microsoft, IBM and Infosys gives jobs to thousands of students of Techno India group.

College loans is provided by the government in our college very easily and its also easy to avail. No specific scholarship is provided by the college but they do reduced the fees of some particular students who are in need.
Campus Life
Campus like thing is not available in this college our college only has some building but no campus or ground and this is one of the biggest drawback of college. We had freshers party just after the first UT. Which is best time of my life untill now. Boys are dominent in our college 90% is boys in our college. In the college we have bengoli culture and most of them were bengoli. This college do not have any kinds of politics. Standerd class student are usually present.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is also quite expensive while comparing PG. We have a total of three buildings of hostels two for boys and one for girls. Hostel room are satisfactory, looks clean and also smells good hostel life is though awesome TV is present though. Food is good but the water is undrinkable for the first time but with time you will get adopted.
Alumni/Alumna
Out college is known for its event PARIDHI organised by the college students of the members of megatronix. Experience of paridhi is awesome, they say. Seniors are really helpful no ragging at all they really friendly. They teach robotics to the 1st year.
Exam Structure
Bedside semester exam two unit test carry out before every semester exam. Exams are moderate, not very difficult nor easy. This college probably the only college where you can not collect word from the hall during the exam. Lab are very good they are equipped with all the necessary instruments.
Admission
I got into this college through WBJEE. Admission process was very easy you just have to score good in WBJEE. Getting below 10k in WBJEE is not a easy job. After the result of WBJEE you had to go for coucillin. I had placed MSIT in the forth option after IEM, Heritage and Techno India.
Faculty
The professors always encourage the students for creativity and best among the others. Some are good and some are not so good but none of them are bad, none of them is non interesting. The faculty of BSH department is really strict. They also encourage to take part in different competitions.
