ENTRANCE EXAM- AIEEE 2010, score 98 AIR -64088. I went through the UTU counselling based on AIEEE Score. After that I was allotted electrical Engineering Branch according to my Ranking.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure was quite tech friendly and based on latest technical pattern. The overall course was divided into 8th semester. Each sem had specially Focused on practical design and testing part of electric machine rather than just theoretical approaches. In short overall syllabus was research oriented.
Internships Opportunities
No college didn't provide any internship facility. But interested students can attend internship at various companies in their summer term break.
Placement Experience
Various mnc's came in each year for recruiting the final year students . They organised various round of placement drives .Specially it companies select students in bulk. Most companies had their placement criteria. Some of the important companies are Infosys, wipro, TCS, Tech mahindra, HCL, cognizant etc.
College Events
Various club and cultural activities were organised by college management and clubs like Yuthopia, annual cultural festival, Dandia night, battle of bands, engineers day fest, Deshprem mahotsav, Rakbhasa mahotsav , spic Macau cultural festival etc. Students enjoyed and made fun in such types of events.
Fees and Financial Aid
Education loan was provided by axis bank itself . Also college management provides scholarship on performance basis.
Exam Structure
Two semester examination are organised in each year. Before semester exam two mid term exam was held for internal evaluation of students. Practical and sessional examinations are also held separately before semester end. Students had to perform well for promotion to next semester.
Faculty
Each and every faculties of my college are well trained in teaching techniques the best thing is that they are easily accessible anytime. They are very friendly with students. They often motivated the students to achieve their goal and give their 100%.
