Excellent teaching with a vibrant on campus life.

I had applied to colleges in other parts of the country as well but I eventually found out that ARSD college can provide me with better Scholastic and co -curricula opportunities. I got admission here through the OBC quota in the third cutoff which was 92%. There was a counseling session as well a week before admissions began. The admission process went very smooth as the volunteers helped us with almost everything and it didn't take much time as well just 20-25 minutes that's all.

I already had in my mind that I was to do majors in economics as it was my favorite subject while in school. The faculty-student ratio is good. The faculty is highly qualified as well and the teaching-learning process is very effective here. The internal exams and end sem exams as well happened well on time. Passing the exams was not difficult as I had studied well enough throughout.

Internships are available with various local and multinational corporations as well as social establishments in various profiles with very few companies offering stipends. Mostly a certificate and letter of appreciation are offered.

Students become eligible for placements from their second year of study at the college. Various multinational firms visit our campus to recruit in various profiles. Our seniors got placed well enough but most opted for higher studies. The highest package was around 6lacs and the Lowest beings 2.5 lacs. I plan to go for higher education after the course.

There is a minimal fee hike policy that too not every year. Once you have enrolled yourself in a course fee hike doesn't take place in subsequent years of your degree course. scholarships are also available to students from low-income backgrounds for which they can apply through the national scholarship portal.

Life at the campus is happening and really amazing. Every year college fest namely "TIDE" is conducted in the month of February. The college has a big Library where All the latest books, magazines and journals are available. The classrooms are properly ventilated. The college has an active sports department with all kinds of indoor as well as outdoor sports. A wooden indoor badminton court is also there. The college had various societies such as NSS, The Enactus club, Finance, and investment cell, placement cell, etc. Which work actively throughout the year.
