Basically, the level of faculty it has and placement of course. But that's not that it's learning, the way it's increase student with the corporate world and all the thing. That's why I choose IIM Kashipur.

The course curriculum is like it just matches the desire of requirements that are required in the corporate world. So, all the practical courses, practical subjects, and practical teaching criteria are followed in our classes. So, the courses I can say that highly in-match with the requirement of the present world.All of the faculties are highly qualified. They have done the research.

As per as the stipend was considered I couldn't figure but it was above the average.

I would tell that if I talk about the finance sector we are offered roles like investment banking analyst. For marketing, there are roles like product manager, digital marketer, management functions, and all. There also roles offers by the operations and companies even the top MNCs such as Deloitte, and all come here and hire from our campus.Even looking at this covid scenario the placement committee is doing really good. We have a lot of companies for recruitment. The process is going very smoothly.

The fee structure is the same as the B-schools. If you compare the fee structure of IIM Kashipur with other IIMs the fees are the same. So, there is no issue with the fees.College provides us various scholarships like need cum merit scholarship, means scholarship. There are several other scholarships provided by the central government and state government. And also we have criteria like I would like to say that 20% of the batch are had been refilled this scholarship and the college administration is increasing the total number of seats for scholarships year by year.

The campus is one of the densest factors among all IIMs of this level. Being located at brilly environment in Kashipur in the state of Uttarakhand. We can see mountains from our window and it is just pleasant weather. So, studying in such a pleasant environment is such a good experience. So, it's fabulous. We have world-class facilities like we have a very nice gym. The mess food is awesome and the libraries are of high quality. All the books and services are there.We have numerous clubs based on interest. We have committees. We have several cells too. You can be a part of clubs, committees, and cells based on your performance like how you perform in the selection process. So, as a whole, I would say that it provides you a holistic picture of overall development.

The hostel facility that you get the flat type structure where you get all the basic amenities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, personal washing machine. So, it's very nice. Also, the housekeeping facility of the hostel is awesome. They are available every time. It gives you a home-like experience and the feeling of staying in a hostel is like a home.

The process was so smooth. I just apply for CAT and clear it. Then I get a CAP call and the CAP process was so smooth. We had a WAT, we had a personal interview. There was a panel of 3 or 4 faculty. So, it was smooth, and after a few times the first shortlist got published and I was in it. After that, a mentor allocated from the side of the college. Then we had just a normal follow up and they guided the process. It was a very great feeling that I'm getting into IIM Kashipur.
