IIM Kashipur is being grown up tremendously in the past few years. The faculties are excellent and the companies come there are excellent, Dehradun industrial around it. So, opportunities are great for going there and learn directly there. So Kashipur was the best option.

So the first is common here that everyone except analytics who have a few different courses. first, it covers all the different branches- finance, marketing, HR. you get a basic idea about them. So, you better able to choose a specialization in 2nd year which are voluntary. You can pick whatever you like and go ahead with that. The structure is quite flexible, the teachers are very good. Faculties are always approachable and if you have any query, doubt, you can go directly to them. Few of them publish papers, and a well-known KM Barud Aslam sir . he is a very known faculty in the country itself.

So, the placements are going quite well. The final placements and internships both have finished already. For the summer placements, the highest placement has gone to INR 3.5 lakhs as a stipend. For the top 25% of placements and the average is INR 1.5 lakhs. Puma has come, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and others like that. RBI has shown interest in it.

The fee structure is 16 lakhs for an entire term. There are a couple of scholarships, totally dependent upon how you performed and how you're economic situation is. This year we also got pandemic so the fees were refunded so that students were copping back and get aid. Now, the college has put a form that those who have problems due to covid, we can approach the college, the college will do something about it to help the students. The personal expenses are not a part of term fees but the campus itself has that food is good; you can eat it easily in the mess which is always diverse. Mess committee always changes so that the cost incurred is not much outside.

There are a museum, basketball and other things. There is Fest happening every year apart from the games. Apart from that, different clubs, student bodies conduct amazing. Also, there are four sections. Each section represents itself. There is also a canteen that has opened outside the campus which is very reliable and good food and a good place to hang out.

The hostel and mess faculties are excellent. Mess is big enough to accommodate all the students and is also the only mess in the country. So it's a good experience in the general management field and HR field how you run entire mess and it helps further when you go for a job and have an experience. Hostels are quite nice. For the first year, we have 2 people in the same room. In the final year, it switches down to a single room per person. There are no ACs in the hostel room. But the rooms are very comfortable. Especially when you look at the campus is quite cool over there. So, you won't need any ACs. There are a lot of greeneries in the region as well. The places to play like cricket, football, basketball, also a gym, a museum where students can go. So, the facilities are quite amazing outside the curriculum.
