A Diamond in the Ash !

I prepared for neet, but after that, i get bored from that and then decided to pursue BCA from any good institution, I enquired in many colleges, then I think that Techno main salt lake is the best. You can apply hereafter class 12th with an aggregate of 60 % marks. Admission is through CET ( Common Entrance Test) you will get merit from that, it is usually conducted 3 to 4 times in a year, You will get through it.. If someone misses the test, He/She can appear for CET which is conducted by the college itself.. So don't get panicked if you missed it.. Admission to this college is not lengthy. You will get admission very easily.. Usually, colleges don't offer any kind of concession in fees .. And there is not any reserved seat or any type of quota in the admission process.

The course is Almost similar to Computer science engineering, You will learn all necessary subjects in this which are needed for being a perfect Software Engineer these days. You will learn major subjects like Java, Python, C, C++, Digital, architecture, Database and algorithm, DBMS, Html, Operating System, Discrete Maths, little bit Data science, artificial intelligence, cyber security ... Faculties are really awesome, helpful, and always ready to do their work.. Faculty to student ratio is strictly followed as mention by HRD.. It comes Under MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology) so directions that when to conduct exams are decided by University.

I don't have much more idea about internships, i heard from my seniors that they are taking internships in prestigious firms lime Kolkata metro ,DVC ,SAIL, ITD cementation.. I don't have any idea about stipend what they pay ..

In the final year that is in the 7th semester for Btech and in the 5th semester for non-tech students, several companies start visiting to college and recruit students. From the month of August to march maximum of the students get placed.. Tycoon companies like Microsoft, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Accenture, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte recruit students in bulk.. With an average CTC of 3-8 lakhs per annum. Almost 95% of students get placed who have performed average in academics. But exceptions are everywhere, some students don't study and blame college for their failures

The fees Structure of the entire Course is 57500 paid at the time of admission which includes admission fee + 1st-semester fee. + (47500×5) per semester fees + 1200×6 examination fees Means overall it cost approx 3 lakhs, excluding accommodation.. As per my knowledge, college didn't provide any kind of scholarship. Many companies like TCS ,Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Tech mahindra usually hires at a CTC between 3-8 lpa . placement of this college is good enough as you compare with other colleges of west bengal which are lying in same hierarchy.

The Annual Fest named Edge Conducted by Technotkarsh usually organized Onground in the month of March, but due to pandemic, it moved to online mode. There are several different clubs of the entire college like electia , team Sankaran,Samarth and also department wise clubs like Genesis of BCA. There's a lot of online gaming clubs,I don't have any idea about offline gaming club because everything stuck in a pandemic.
