90 percent authentic info

I wanted to do engineering from NIT or government college in Himachal Pradesh. So I got govt seat in my stream that I wish to pursue that was mechanical engineering. Also the fees was very affordable for girls. It was also near to my residence so I was not to lay for any accommodation. I used to travel from nerchowk to sundernagar by bus.

I was interested from the beginning in mechanical stream so thats why got enrolled in this course. Faculty was great some were PhD holders and some were doing that time their PhDs. Mtech teachers were also there for courses that were not so valuable in the course according to the need of respected stream. Exams were regular. Two exams were set by the respective college from which marks were added in the final result too. Exams conducted by college were from easy to moderate. Exams set in end of semester by University that is hptu was above moderate.

I didn't opt for any internship. But there were internships offered with stipend. My friends went for this. Exact number I don't know. You can go and visit official website and get idea from there.

Students were eligible from 4 semester onwards on its starting of it. Companies were like Infosys , Mahindra , other private industries came. I would say 120000lakh would have been the maximum package as ler my knowledge. 40 per students were placed from my streams. I wanted to govt job so never gave any interview for private companies so I don't have that much idea. You can visit the site and fetch info from there.

Fees was around 2 lakh for the whole course for girls. This value is my maximum approximate whereas for boys upto 3 lakh. Yese there were students who were getting college scholarships. I didn't went for the private job in campus placement as wanted to do govt job.

Task was the annual fest + technical fest with it merged. I don't remember the time when they were conducted but every year Roadies and other such competition that would include your group discussion, physical activity, projects and other were conducted every year. And cash prizes and some tours to other University was also for the students on their performance evaluated by panel including all top faculties that is HOD s in their respective streams. I don't remember the websites groups clubs. But all these were there that you could chose as per your interest. Library was very good a number of books available but campus infrastructure was not so good as it was under construction also there was no hostel facilities.

Rooms were available in pg s also personal room was available according to their interest. Meals were good and affordable as I have heard my friends. PG s for any of them was with full security and terms and conditions like timing etc. In around 10000 you can go easily for 1 month. Maximum accomodations took by the students was near the college no need to take any vehicle but some students prefferd some distance. But still govt bus facility at no cost was available to them

As I told it was based on the entrance exam of engineering that was in all India level and the marks scored in your 12 class. This was added on 60 percent weightage of entrance exam and 40 percent weightage of 12 board exam.
