The main reason I choose this college is because of positive response from the students studying their about their faculty and placements which is very important. I have spoken with lot of seniors and other students about the college that it has very good placement record overall and its students have secured jobs in different professions worldwide.I have also researched in many websites including college dunia about how the college is progressing. The college had many positive review in all its departments which attracted my eyes. About 40-50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 5 lpa , and the lowest salary package offered is 2.3 lpa . Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, IBM, etc. visit our campus for placements. I have some less knowledge about internship companies. Roles like associate software engineer, system engineer, etc. are offered to the students. The infrastructure of our college is awesome. Each classroom in our college has separate Wi-Fi, and the entire college is equipped with a Wi-Fi facility. In our college, there are separate and different labs for each stream. There are 6 labs only for the CSE department and also for IT, ME and EE courses. I was not a part of the college hostel. The college canteen is good with facilities and quality of their food. Inside the college, there is a huge sports ground where we all play cricket, football, etc. Every year on 26th January, our college organises college annual sports day. Our college also offers NCC.

All teachers in our college are well-qualified. They are very helpful and frank with students if students want. Their teaching quality is very cool. The course curriculum is relevant, and it prepares students for the industry. The difficulty in semester exams depends on students, but overall, it is good. The pass percentage is more than 90%.

Placement of the others departments except. Core, is so good. Every year there should be 80% of the students get their jobs.Because the campus of this college is very big and beautiful. Placement of students from this college is very good also. There is also a facility of flip learning in this college. The JISCE college provides two separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The college hostel provides environment-friendly rooms with free wifi. And provides a separate bed for each student and also provides a medical facility. The hostel provides good and hygienic food for students. The hostel provides 4 times foods breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner.

NO, I didn't faced any interview or written test for my admission to this college. But for admission you have to give JEE mains or wbjee exam and also have to secure a good rank and percentile. We can get into JISCE through our JEE Mains Rank (10% seat is alloted) and WEBJEE rank. Although we can also opt for Management Quota Which actually requires a person to pay a large donation fee as a lump sum. I got to this particular college after the third round of counseling of WBJEE. Students must bring their result, admit card of 12th board examination, admit card and rank card of WBJEE or MAINS and transfer certificate from the previous schoolAfter giving my JEE Mains and West Bengal Joint exam I got admission to this college. I got to know about this college from one of my cousins who is a year senior to me
