Remarks
I got admission to the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra through JEE Mains exam. I got this college in the third round of counselling. I got it with the OBC quota. After getting the college in the third counselling, I need to go to the college for registration and fee submission within 2 days. We need to go directly to the jubilee hall for the registration process. Students need to go one by one to the committee for checking of documents and registration and fee need to be submitted in the college SBI branch the same day.
Course Curriculum Overview
I got this course in counselling not by choice but while going through this course I feel satisfied for taking this course. There are almost 50 faculty members, 200 students, overall. Most of the faculty members are PhD professors and some of them are Mtech assistant professors, and a few of them are ad-hoc. Most of the teachers are teaching very well. It's up to the students if they are attending the classes properly or not. There were two midterm exams and one final semester exam. Passing was not at all difficult. By doing a little bit of hard work you can get a good CGPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
At my time fees was 23500 per semester. But recently it has increased. They are providing the scholarship for OBC, SC and ST students which you need to apply in the first semester only. Campus placement is very good at the end.
Campus Life
Campus Life is beautiful, awesome. There will be two Tech Fests and one Cultural Fest per year which is organised in October, January and March month. Almost all books are available in the library. The classroom is very basic and clean with projectors facilities. Sports class will be there for first year students. And sports culture is very good. Sports day is also celebrated once a year. There are some social groups named students welfare society, Shiksha, Rooh. These are some groups that work for social wellbeing.
