Remarks
Firstly you have to register a DU form. Then cut off comes of different courses. If you clear that then you can apply for the college. Then you will get option for Fee and will det admission after paying the same. Cut off will be of your best 4 subjects in which 1 language should be there. Subjects like painting, music are not to be included in best 4. If you include these then there will be deduction of 2.5 percent. However, there will be a seminar also related to admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose history hons because i had an interest in that. Faculty for history is amazing. Very dedicated teachers. There are 50-100 students in each course. Related to exams. There are no mid sem exams. 1-2 class tests only. Other than that there are only final sem exams
Internships Opportunities
Internships are okay. Paid internships are less but non paid internship also gives a good platform to students to grow in their field and also gives real work experience which helps in cv and then getting job
Placement Experience
Placements are good in the science and commerce field. Companies like Ernest young visits college for commerce students pursuing b.com hons. Science courses also get some placements. While economic hons. Course also get some placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is highest if we compare to other north campus colleges because the college is fully AC. Other colleges have 12-15k per year as they dont have fully ac service. This college has 20k yearly fees. Its one and only college in North campus which is fully ac.
Campus Life
The life on campus is really good. The college has a cricket ground along with a Cricket academy. Gym, a short gurudwara, nice canteen, gardens, etc. Different societies related to drama, dance, film making are also there. Drama society ANKUR is the best theatre society of whole DU
