I have applied for DIT, UPES and Graphic Era University. All the the Colleges are in dehradun but I joined Graphic Era because it is the best college in dehradun. 100% Placement for CS/IT students. For admission in the college you have to fill up the form and go through the counselling process of the college. Branches are given according to the JEE Mains score and 12th Percentage.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Mechanical Engineering because of my interest in this field. Faculty members and the labs are very good. College also have the tie-up with TATA TECHNOLOGIES so we have tata labs. All the Faculty of Mechanical Department are well qualified, we also have Gate toppers as our Faculty. Term exams were always on time and are of Moderate level.
Internships Opportunities
Some Internships are provided by the college and some students find the internship by their own. If the students are not able to find any internships then the college Faculty helps in getting internships. Projects are very good to work on and faculties are very good they always help in projects
Placement Experience
From 7 semester placement in the college starts. College also organises placement classes for the students. From 7 semester onwards companies like Infosys, Wipro,Capgemini, Adobe and many others start visiting campus. Highest package was offered by adobe of 40 lakhs and average package is 5 lakhs. College is Good for CS/IT Placements. If you are eligible then you will be placed definitely.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees Structure remains the same in All four years. it will cost you around 1250000 for engineering excluding the hostel. We can also avail Scholarship according to our 12th percentage and JEE scores and if you are in CS/IT branch you can get a Job in Reputed Company with Good Package.
Campus Life
Campus Life of the college is very good. The college annually organise GRAFEST which is college annual fest in April. College have Library in which all the books regarding our Curriculam are available we do not have to purchase any books from outside. Sports events also took place in the college every year. President cup is organized which is a cricket match in which students and the faculty members participate.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel's room are very good. we always have a wifi connection in our hostels. there is also a badminton court in the hostel where you can play anytime. The quality of food provided is very good and different meals are served eveyday.
