Remarks
I choose JIS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING because the placement of the college is good and it is nearly from my home. The average placement of the college is 3.6 lpa and around 95% students got placed in the on campus recruitment. The faculties are well qualified and very much helpful for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty: students ratio in my information technology department is 1:6. Faculties are well qualified and they are very helpful for the students. They always encourage students to do practical work more as it will give them much more exposure to the corporate. The course structure is very good and every cutting edge technology is included in the course curriculum.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Several companies visited in the campus like Persistent, Capgemini, Cognizant, Amdocs, TCG digital, Tech Mahindra and many more. In 2020-21 more than 35 companies came and more than 95% students got placed from my department. The average package is 3.36 lpa. My plan after getting the degree is I want to pursue my masters degree.
Campus Life
The campus life is fantastic. I have made some great friends. Every year in our college a tech fest happens. Every faculties encouraged everyone to participate in the events. In our college several clubs are there like photography club, singing club etc.
Admission
I didn't face any interview as I am interested in higher education. Because the college faculties are very helpful they encouraged me to pursue higher education as my cgpa is also very good.
