Remarks

Overall college is good and the management is also good they perfectly know what it takes a student to get the opportunities after college they try their best. The motive is to make every colleague happy i'm quite happy with them.

Internships Opportunities

I choose to Study here in this college because I am from Delhi, It was close to home, and I thought that since it was a rather large, well known College, I would have lots of opportunities to see things in it and other departments that I might not get to experience elsewhere. I had no idea that studying at this college would broaden my skills so much and help me grow as a much as it did. Im very glad that I got the opportunity to intern here.

I didn't know exactly there are no placements and job opportunities at my college no company come to my college.

College Events

There are Fest around in my college as it is a DU(Delhi university) there are many festivals they are not big they are huge. Recently J star(Singer)come to our college for live performance and after that we have a freshers party and a big farewell and there is huge participation about 90% of colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i have no information about them as i belong from working class family, I don't feel the need for them and i have no knowledge about them.

Campus Life

Campus life is good female ratio is 40% which is quite good. College economy is good there is no discrimination in college regardless to e-gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation etc. Administration is also good the rsvv is currently in power .

Hostel Facilities

The fees is reasonable and there was no mess food because we already pay and buy canteen there no hostels as it was day boarding only morning and evening shift are there i will rate the food 7/10.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes i have many experiences with colleges for a quite time. They increased my experience a lot and interaction builds my social skill a quite high before i was a shy guy but now i can interact with everyone.

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months
