Remarks

I didn't have any quota. This year we didn't have any GD and WAT. We just had PI. I have applied to all the CAP colleges which have all the New IIMs and Baby IIMs. I got selected to IIM Jammu, IIM sirmaur and IIM Bodh Gaya and IIMs Sambalpur.

I choose this college as a non engineer you must do masters. I chose to pursue MBA as the subjects which it has been so amazing. But after joining MBA it's pretty hectic. And we are pretty stressed with this.

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 1303000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Some companies offer packages up to 1 lakh per month Internships are unpaid. It's totally upon your calibre to grab the opportunity by sharpening your skills and knowledge to compete among others. All the best

Placement Experience

100% placement according to the previous year report. The highest package which was offered to students was 27 LPA and the package received was 21 LPA. We are eligible from the 4th semester for our final placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship is always there for you on a merit basis and also on the category. The cost to study is high is what I feel. I have taken a loan from Bank. Interest was on floating rate. The nearby bank provides a higher interest rate.

Campus Life

There are total of 29 clubs and committees here run by students themselves. We follow flip classroom pedagogy. We celebrate all the events and plays different fun event and prizes for the winner and for the runner-up as well

Hostel Facilities

Quality of meal is average. And the menu is decided by us. Non- veg and veg meal is there for students preference. Hostel process starts when you reach the Campus. In room we have chair, table, bed, almirah.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

IMI offers 100% placements. Companies like SBI life , Kodak, Taj Hotels , Infosys come. In the first year we are given plenty of placement preparation training. We have a committee particularly dedicated towards it. Be it quant, reasoning, gd all are being taken care of.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.
