Remarks

I got into this clg in 2018 seeking admission for BA prg. Fortunately, I cleared the cutoff by 74 % obc . On a regular basis. The college itself is so beautiful for me as a fresher I fall in love with the environment and politics of the college campus. Must recommend for south Delhi students

Course Curriculum Overview

I am an arts background student so I have I choose BA as graduation. Faculty is wonderful you can directly go to the admins and teachers for any query. Exams are in semester form and it's of moderate level.

Internships Opportunities

As I said the intership is for b.com students and they can give interviews with their intrested friends in a group or can go alone. I certainly don't come across any projects or tasks during my college session.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are minimum as it's a government college and I do not recommend much for Scholarship and internship are only beneficial for b.com students and that's for final year students. Everything else is good enough

Campus Life

The annual fest is the best part of DU colleges and talking about Motilal Nehru College Eve it's best out of rest. All semester books available in the library Nothing much about amenities in the classroom. Sports facilities are available and you have to show your eligibility for it. There were so many clubs and societies

Interview Experience

GD is a very important activity to have with college circle and it's keep happening between semester. Anyone can be a part of it and talk about their express or thoughts. It's mostly happened under one teacher authority.

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

It was not my choice to be in this college, rather i had not any idea about this college, it was just in my prefernce list beacuse of course and south campus, as i was enrolled in 2023 and now it is 2026, many developments and changes can be seen... Before i was alloted for Bcom, shaheed bhagat singh evening college.. which was also a good college.. the CUET UG and all the experiment of negative marking and round offs that time.. Besides this college and DU, I had applied to Allahabad University, Banaras Hindu University and the University of Lucknow. I got admission in all of them. But I chose to attend this college solely for the Delhi University tag. The admission process for this college is the CUET. After CUET results, you have to register through Delhi University's CSAS portal and make a preference list of colleges. Cutoffs to get into the college depend upon course to course. For the course im doing - B.com (Program), the cutoff was 713-717 for Unreserved Category, 571-577 for OBC category, 463-474 for SC category and 86-103 for ST category.
