Course Curriculum Overview
Basically, I like electronics and communication engineering subjects. The faculty to student ratios are 1:5 Teachers are highly qualified with masters in their particular domains The terms exam are semester wise for every six months one semester with one mid-exam in it
Internships Opportunities
Every year at the 3rd-year 2nd semester the internship takes place many huge companies such as Samsung Google DRDO etc offer paid internships it might be for 3 months. The stipend from the internship ranges from 15000 to 50000 per month.
Placement Experience
For the 4th year first semester, the students are allowed for campus placements. Majorly many students get internships at 3rd-year 2nd semester. Companies that visit are Google, Samsung, Oracle,... Almost 80%get placed every year. The avg package goes to 7 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee including the hostel goes nearly to 2 lakhs per annum. The are many scholarship facilities available such as FFE NSP etc there is also an option for financially backward students if their income is less than 5 lakh per annum then 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
Campus Life
The cultural fest in Nit Agartala is called Moksha it is generally conducted in the month of March and the tech fest is called Aayam it is generally conducted in the month of November. There are many clubs and among all NIT's NIT Agartala has the biggest sports complex.
Hostel Facilities
There is a bed , wardrobe and a table chair given to you. The food quality is avg . For South Indian there is a seperate food mess. Hostel fees is nearly 50 thousand per year including mess charges . There are also many canteens available .
