Remarks
Being a ditian I would say the best college in Uttrakhand for btech in cse(i can only tell of b.tech other courses I have no idea). Great faculty, they are very much supporting and to be in college you have 2 ways either you come by direct admission of boards or by jee mains.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose b.tech (IT) cause I want to become a data scientist and the university has great and qualified faculty. Talking about term exams so exams are not soo hard if you study daily even for 1 hr or only by paying attention in class you can score well.
Internships Opportunities
The internship provided by college is for 2 months which is called summer internship and the companies which colaborates in this are Phillips, Enfosis, wipro, hcl, google, lenevo, isro, drdo, and many more
Placement Experience
The college placement is not so good but not soo bad. The highest package is 35 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa which is not good but not bad. Companies like tcs, hcl are mass recruiters here they take students in mass.
Fees and Financial Aid
My fees were 100000 and I got my 20% scholarship from boards and now my fees are 80000 which is quite affordable being from a middle-class family. They have a loan policy also for students who have financial crises
Campus Life
The environment is wonderful the nature has decorated this place very well. You will feel at home here Talking about clubs there are more than 150 clubs in this university like dancing, singing, coding, hacking, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel faculty is very much supporting. The rooms are cleaned, they provide 1 bed, 1 almirah, 1 study table bookshelf for each student. The hostel is quite costly cause 120000 is a very huge amount but manageable
