Political science interested me as it is a subject which grounds you deep into the reality of the society you live in. Its both science and philosophy.

The curriculum have changed now and the new one is in sync with the need of the time, dealing in detail with every aspect of the subject at the UG level. Have seen the new syllabus it gives you the glimpse of your Master's degree i.e; the topics and theory there at UG level are dealt in detailed at masters.

I never went for an internship. Though options are plenty like PRS, and other policy research and political research agencies with nice and decent stipend.

Job opportunities are also good if you are good at what you do!! Simply dont go by the traditional thought process that people studying the subject will either go for teaching or Civil service its not the case now. There are plenty other opportunities which you can explore in the private sectors like in personal relations, policy management, social capital.etc. so be wise to look around and you will land where you want to.

They are the SOPs of every college in DU. KMC boast for its great alumni base ranging from Great Mr Amitabh Bachan to Kulbhushan kharbanda to sushant singh. Thus festivals occur every year during February. The events boasts to host stars of great national and international fames. From Bollywood singers and actors to popular bands like parikarma, indian ocean, euphoria, etc all have performed.

Hostels of KMC are simply best from all the rest of the north campus colleges. Its furnished and simply great. Food is also good. But if you are not lucky enough to get accommodation in the hostel than no need to worry as you will find rented accommodation at every corner and vicinity of north campus.

Campus life and co curricular activities are the charm of KMC. Situated just adjacent to the iconic kamla nagar market its the best college to have a great campus life filled with great diversity of people from all walks of life, religion, region, etc. people with different tastes and lifestyle all mingle quite well and you will feel at home in college. In short it really represent what India is all about 'unity in diversity'.

Almuni network is gaining strength and is a work in progress. Students at college have always taken the pain to successfully organise alumni meets which have now become a great feature. People get to know the different personalities from different walks of life, who once were at the same place where we were or you will be.

The faculty is Good. They follow good strategy of how to teach the fresh minds via projects, assignments,etc. Once at college you yourself can judge the best faculty the good faculty and the not so good faculty.
