Remarks
They had good placement results. Lot of big companies were involved in the placement process and many students got placed in those companies. The college is located in city and thus it is surrounded by residential areas of north chennai where students may find close to their home.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum was fine when we studied anna university syllabus, Now the college has turned autonomous and thus lot of new things would be introduced to students apart from Anna university. The Faculties are helpful and friendly if you perform well in your exams and hold good grades. This is a marks oriented college, but they support extra things like projects, internships, guest lectures etc. Students would have exposure compared to other colleges in that range.
Internships Opportunities
I opted for an internship at Amazon as an Application Engineer and my stipend was 20k per month
Placement Experience
The college has a good placement cell and capable of inviting big companies as they have contacts with those companies. They also start the training for placements from start of 3rd sem and thus the students would be ready by the end of 3rd year to attend placements. Lot of big companies like Amazon, Zoho, Freshworks, Juspay come for placement and a lot of off-campus opportunities are available.
College Events
Campus life was good. We had symposiums every year and it would be interesting to conduct but the only thing is the college wouldn't fund the symposium, We need to search for funding. Cultural events would be conducted every year. They support extracurricular activities only after college hours.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have availed first graduation scholarship from Anna university and thus the fee would be reduced to 75% and 25% would be the scholarship. So the normal fee was 60k whereas we just need to pay 40k as fee.
Campus Life
Sports facilities - goodWifi - No (when we studied)Library - It is a big library with 2 floors and lot of resources in it.Equipments in lab - You will find necessary equipments but not tech things which are in industry like audrino, raspberry pi etc. In my opinion they should purchase and provide that too for students to work on something.
