DIT University had a very good infrastructure in terms of workshop, laboratories and research and development. University grant good amount of funds for different undergraduate and postgraduate project. They collectorate with goverment institutions for research and development. They also provide exchange program with top world class University in different programs. DIT University aslo know for vibrant culture because students came here from different part of country as well as from SARCS Nations and Africa countries.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well updated curriculum with relevant Industry visit in 3rd or 4th semester. Faculty had also good background of research and development. They had done specialization in different field and many of them working with different government bodies of Uttrakhand government as well as central government on development projects. Patents and Research papers were published in international conference held at various universities and also organised by DIT University with collaboration of DST gov of India.

Placement Experience
Placement varies with different departments as CSE department had almost 100% placement from this university where EE and ECE students have to struggle hard for same. ME Placement were below average. Companies like Amazon, Ashok Leyland, Honda, Murgappa, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro visit this Campus on regular basis.
College Events
Annual Technical and Cultural Fest both were organised at National level in month of October or November. Gathering of more than 10 thousands students from different college and University of India during those 3 days in university campus. Sports fest organise during January or February every year.

Campus Life
Campus is fully wifi equipped with Library facility 24 * 7 with more than 1 lakhs books, magzine, newspaper, journals, search engines. Central Workshop as well as different specialized laboratories of different departments are there.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels infrastructure were top class. You can rate it with four stars hotels. 4 Boys hostel and 2 girls hostel in- campus. Food is also average quality. With all facilities provided inside campus like laundary, gym, saloon, stationary, cafeteria etc.
