Entrance Preview

AIEEE, i got all India rank around 44000 and state rank (uttaranchal) around 880. Its a government college. So less fees was the reason to opt this college initially.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is affiliated with uttaranchal technical university. My branch was Electronics and communication engineering. We read about VLSI, digital electronics. About diode and all.

Internships Opportunities

We had to search internship for our self. I did my internship in BSNL and they didn't offer any money to me. Often people did internship just to have internship degree. There was not much support from college side to provide student some monetary inetrnship.

Placement Experience

3 companies came to the campus. TCS, infosys and TECH M.All offered 3.2 lakh package around. Around 50-60 students were got placed in these companies out of 200 batch.

College Events

Scintilla- annual event. All pooja like vishvakarma pooja, navaratri. One tech fest- technical event. Yes they are big whole college participate in these programs and all are free of cost, all funded by college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible. 13000+ is our college tution fees for 1 semester. 6500 is our hostel fees for 1 semester which includes accomodation and food as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

One scholarship were there for SC/ST kotas, of around 25k per annum. I haven't heard any other scholarship or loan.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

why to choose this college

It is mandatory to appear for JEE Mains entrance examination for admission to Bipin Tripathi Kumar Institute of Technology College. And counseling is done by Uttarakhand Technical University, after that you go to the allotted college and get your admission done. The admission process was very nice and in an organized manner .The admission on the basis of jee mains examination that we gave and for different course the eligibility is also different the application form is available in mechanical engineering department and application process and fee submission process also held there and the application date is around 28 September 2022.
