Remarks

College Infrastructure College has so many PCs so you never run out of it,labs are clean, over college is clean, infrastructure is best there are smartbaords in each class.PC and all are in good condition and also have Library. College is full of trees. Academics Academics is good not the best. Some of the faculties are very very good but some are average. But all are very polite and kind . I got to experience both online and offline mode but you'll not face any problem Placements Mostly there are less placements as 99.99% students go for higher studies. But those who are interested can get job. Value-for-money It costs very less around 5000 per semester and around 1200 for external exams. Campus Life Campus life is good as there are trees all around and students were also good. Never heard about raging or anything like that very good, fun and chill and big play ground.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

choose this course because subjects of this course is very helpful in further studies. Some faculty are well and good but some are not. In political class the student and faculty ratio are not equal because to many students in the whole class and our faculty sound are not audible to us. Every semester there are one term exams and it's was moderate to pass.one who studied well it's easy for them to pass.

Fees and Financial Aid

while join in the first year you may thought that we are paying more money ,this because during the first year of your graduation the books will be provided by the management nearly cost 13,500 after the first year it will be an average college fees as usual .

Campus Life

4.5

The best part of the campus is that you can see students from different societies and clubs practicing all day long at different points of the campus. Fest times! The even semester goes into organizing and attending the fests. It’s not like a 4-day event. It’s like the 2 months event. Different colleges have their events on different days and the different artists are being called in each college. So basically, you get to attend the concerts of almost all the famous artists in 2 months and that too for free! Imagine, how amazing it is. Library are quite good. Every book are available there.Daily based novel and newspaper are also there. Class amenities are not that much good. The decoration at each and every prestigious event in Maharaja Agrasen College, be it the Freshers' Welcome - PRARAMBH or Yuvaan – The Annual Cultural Fest, all is done by Srijan

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The course is really very interesting. It keeps up with our expectations. Involves both practical and theoretical aspects to make sure that we are able to face the real world. Also, with the help of the guidance that we get from teachers we're able to ace both the aspects. The examinations also are based on applications, thus, helping us to enhance ourselves in all possibilities.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months
