I'm a student of B.Tech 2nd year(Civil) in GEHU. 1. If we talk about the admission process so there are two processes, one is by JEE mains percentile and the other is by the percentage in class 12th. I took admission through my marks in the 12th standard. 2. In this university we get scholarships also and they are as follows- a) 5% reduction in fees for those whose father is in the army. b) 10% reduction in fees for state domicile. c) And for rank holders there is also a good scholarship amount. 3. If we talk about the infrastructure so it is very very nice. There is so much space for students to play, to sit and do other activities. 4. Campus life is also very nice. They organize time to time functions for the fun of students. 5. Faculty is very helpful and supportive. They make us very comfortable discussing the concepts with them. 6. Placement rates are also very good in this university. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, Adobe come here to take the students.

1. I chose this course because I have the interest to know about construction. How they build high buildings, bridges, flyovers, etc. 2. Faculty is very supportive in this university, you can share your problems without any hesitation. 3. All the faculty members completed their maters and qualified GATE exam that's why they know very well how to teach students in an interesting method. 4. University conducts two exams per semester. One is in the 3rd month of the semester which is called Mid Term Examination. And one is in the 6th month of the semester which is called End Term Examination. 5. And as we know very well that B.Tech is not a basic course that's why the level of examination is a little difficult. But Mid Term Exams can be called simple as compared to End Term Exams. Because in Mid Term syllabus is small(2 units per subject) but in the End Term, the syllabus is very vast(5 units per subject). That's why we have to study hard to pass the exam with a good CGPA.

1. 100+ companies offer internships to the student by their 4-5th semester. The previous year a girl got an internship program from Flipkart with a stipend of 50,000Rs. per month. Adobe, Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, etc are some companies that offer internships. 2. If we talk about the projects in internships so the projects are related to accounting, surveys, etc. In the starting, companies give time to the students to learn the procedure of work and after that, they give them work. Which enhances their knowledge.

1. In the university students are eligible from the 7th semester for the campus placements. Before that, they can apply for internships with stipends. 2. Companies that come for placements are Wipro, IBM, Adobe, Amazon, TCS, Yamaha, Zeenews, Infosys, etc. All the companies provide a good amount of offer. 3. Every year the high packages have made by IT companies. The previous year a girl got a 54 LPA package from Adobe, this was the highest package. The average rate of the placement is 4-5 LPA. 4. Most of the students get placement in Graphic Era Hill University hence its placement rate is high. About 90% of students get jobs from campus placement. 5. If I talk about myself so my plan is to prepare for the GATE exam to get recruited in PSUs.

As you all know very well that B.Tech is a very expensive course hence the fee is high in the university but they provide you scholarships also by which you can take admission and complete your dreams. 2. Currently running scholarships in the university are as follows- a) 5% discount for those students whose father is in the army. b) 15% discount for the students who have Uttarakhand domicile certificates. c) One is the scholarship based on your JEE mains percentile or class 12th percentage. d) And another scholarship is based on your academic performance in every semester. If you get a good CGPA in the semester you will get an additional scholarship. 3. So many alumni get recruited in their university after completing the course with a good salary amount. That's why the placement rate of Graphic Era Hill University is quite good.

1. University conducts so many types of fests on the campus. Recently we have had a Diwali carnival and a Christmas carnival. Similarly, so many types of competitions of poetry, anchoring, singing, dancing, acting, etc conducted by the university. 2. There is a very good collection of books in the university library including academic books, journals, magazines, competitive exam preparation books, and many more. 3. Classrooms of the university are very neat and clean. There are required seats for students which are very comfortable also. The outside side environment of the classroom is very silent which helps us to be focused on our studies. 4. There are so many sports are available in the university like basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, cricket, chess, etc. Tournaments are also conducted by universities to enhance the qualities of the students. 5. There are social clubs also which conduct the events in the university. Some clubs are Udaan, Swaragni, Word Kranti, Flash mob, etc.
