College with excellent academics and carrier opportunities.

The admssion is based on the merit of the students. 50% of the seats are filled directly by CEE considering the KEAM rank of the students. 50% seats are filled by the management of the college. This also done on the basis of the merit of the students in the higher secondary examination. Applciation for the admission can be submitted dircetly from the college website. There is no any charges for the application form. No reservation banefits are provided by the college except the one provided by the government and is applicable only for seats filled by CEE. Students should get atleat 50% marks in PCM combined and 45% in Mathematics seperately in their higher secondary examination for being elgible for the course. All students should also pass the entrance examination conducted by the CEE.

CSE is a good branch with lot of opportunities. The syllabus is very much useful and is carrier oriented. Personally I choose CSE branch as it provides ample of carrier opportunities.The curriculum is really good. But i would prefer to add some practical knowledge into it.The faculities are extremely good with some being exceptionally talented.All are very helpfull and understanding.The lab staff are also reallly helpful and motivate us to do practicals by our own.All the faculities have their post-graduation and some have phDs. The series exam is conducted regularly every two month and the question paper is moderate. Internal exams have pass percentage of about 80% and semester exams have pass percentage of about 70%.

The college provides its students large number of internship opportunities.More than 80% students gets chances for internships in top companies such as Wipro, Infosys etc.Internship opportunities are provided from the 4th semester itself and a lot of students benefits from this. Many companies provides permanent jobs to the interns after completing their internships. In terms of internship opportunities the college is above average.

The college offers good placement opportunities. A number of reputed companies including Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, UST Global etc conduct placement activities from the 7th semester itself. On an average more than 50 companies visit the campus for placement activities and offers an average salary package of 3LPA. More than 60% students get placement on campus interviews. But Computer Science and Engineering branch outperforms this with more than 80% students getting placement. Special placement training classes will be provided from the first semester itself making students ready for the interviews. So overall the college provide ample of placement opportunities.

The fees of the college is same as all other private engineering colleges in Kerala.Management quota fees are bit higher.But a lot of scholarships are provided by the management.There is Tution Fee Waiver Scheme in which the students can study at a fees of just 8400/yr if the student secure 95% or above in higher secondary examination or less than 10000 rank in KEAM.Likeswise different schemes are there for students upto 75% or above. The cost of study without availing any scholarships is about 500000. There is no fees hike unless approved by the University. The college provide lot of campus placements and more than 60% students get placement opportunities. So the college is above average in this regard.

The college has a soothing and eco-friendly atmosphere which is one of the sticking features about the college. The college has well connectivity with the nearby town. Lot of technical events are conducted by different clubs in the college every month. College provides very less extracurricular activities which needs to be improved. The college conducts its annual techfest named ASTHRA every year, it is an experience and helps to improve our ideas, knowledge and level. The fests are mainly during even semester that is during Jan-Mar. A lot of books and journals are available in the library which can be accessed through online also. Classrooms are well equipped and all are smartclass enabled. The classroms and labs are well maintained and are very hygenic. IEEE society in the collge is very active and is selected as the best student Chapter under Kochi Chapter recently. There are lots of others clubs run byt he students in the college like Nature club,Jesus Youth, Startup Bootcamps etc.
