Remarks
One may register to admission on the DU website. The Admission Process is Central for all colleges in DU. Once the Cutoff list is released, the students are expected to complete document verification within 7 days. The admission process is now shifted to online medium in the pandemic era and I wish it remains the same as the working staff is not polite in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty in the department is very trained and research oriented. some of India's best professors teach in the college and are very helpful in their approach. The faculty student ratio is around 1:40. The term exmas are conducted as per DU calendar and no delay is there.
Internships Opportunities
No internship opportunity is provided by the college but students may find on their own and do internships. The department does offer some research based works to students in guidance of teachers which really help them a lot.
Placement Experience
Placement is not offered for this course but may soon start in future given the growing demand of environment experts. Students genrally head towards higher education or Govt exams like UPSC and SSC. There are many selelctions in UPSC from our department
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the college is very minimal. Merely 8000 is the annual fee. There was no fee hike during my stay and scholarships and aids are given to deserving students. The college offers no job to my course students.
Campus Life
The Annual Fest is conducted annually in the month of March or April. The Library is well stocked with good magazines and journals too. Many student social group like Minerva, Natuve and enactus are run by the students.
