It was smooth and easy. ABVP volunteers helped actively. I had an EWS reservation. It was done within 2 hours. Application details were there on the website. My course eligibility is min 55% percent to apply. I got admission in the last cut-off. I am pursuing BA in Hons English.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a literature freak that is why I applied for it. 1:60 teacher students ratio. Almost all profs are PhDs. Well qualified and experienced. Term exams are scheduled as per the university's calendar and average level to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies such as Hindustan Times and Unilever, Red dot foundation are here for internships. Internships are an ample amount. Every week one internship. Some are paid while some are unpaid. 5 thousand to 25 thousand is paid.
Placement Experience
Placement cell is awarded No1 in the year 2021 across the university. It is actively placing students. Max package 20 lakh per annum. average package 4 lakh per annum. Placement cell pgdav has a different website. All details and JDs can be checked. 5th sem students are eligible for placements. Internships are available for all years.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is minimal. 12645 Rs per year. If a student is unable to pay a fee, they can apply for a fee waiver and scholarships. All forms and details are available at reception. Different reception windows for all-year students.
Campus Life
Ankur the annual fest is conducted every year in February. The library has every kind of book. The sports ground is big and spacious. Many college societies. Different for each department. ECA society and Enactus are also here. Societal fests are held in February. The crowd is average. Not very posh or high class. Average level students are here.
