NIT Agartala is one of the popular NIT in India and the college is well known for its B.Tech program and placement records. We have to secure our seats for the college through JOSAA counselling. I cleared my JEE and was able to meet the college cutoff marks and during my JOSAA counselling also I was able to secure my seat for the CSE program. The admission process of the college was very smooth and quite simple.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the college is as per the latest standards of NITs. The curriculum properly follows all the industrial norms and standards properly. The curriculum is the proper blend of coding and programming language through there and practical knowledge. The faculty of the college is also very and especially the coding one. They know all types of tips and tricks related to coding. The faculty of the college is mostly of PhD level and with a very good industrial experience.
Internships Opportunities
The college has a very good internship program. We are able to take part in the college internship program after completing the three years of our program. The internship is a very good learning experience for us about the corporate world. The average stipend for an internship is around 45k.
Placement Experience
The placements standards of the college are really y very good. The college has a record of 100% placement and every year the placement packages of the college increase. The highest package was around 36 LPA and the average salary package was 12 LPA. The placement committee members are very professional and most of the member of the committee has industrial experience so they also properly guide us during the placement drive of the college.

The college complete course fee is around 6 LPA and the average salary package of the college is around 12 LPA which is very good. The internship stipend is also around 45k. The college infrastructure is very well maintained. The college follows a no-ragging policy very strictly. The college seniors behave very friendly. The college library is big and the library is the house of many top authors' best-selling books from around the world. The classrooms are big and properly ventilated. The college has sports facilities basketball court, a badminton court, a volleyball court, etc. The college labs are very modern and there are all types of equipment available for research activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are available on a triple, double and single accommodation basis. The rooms are also good and properly ventilated. The hostel is properly kept clean. The hostel mess food quality is good and the menu keeps on changing as per the demands. The hostel wardens and the staff is professional and well trained. The hostel has 24 hours of water and power supply. The hostel has all kinds of basics and modern facilities as per our comfort.
