Remarks

Minimum 60 percent marks in 12th board are required for admission in this college. College provides us with many scholarships on the basis of jee Main rank and on the basis of 12th marks. I also got a scholarship on the basis of 12th marks

Course Curriculum Overview

I have taken admission in the BTech cse as i have some interest in the field of coding and technology. The faculty members of our college are very helpful. Many Faculty members have PhD degree. The university exam level is quite difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

From first year student are approach by faculty members for the internship. Faculty members always doing motivates for the projects. From first year student get some projects by the Faculties . Second year student get some minor project and 3rd year student get some major projects.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. The PLACEMENT Percentage of my college is very good. There are many companies visited in college for campus placement like TCS, Wipro, Mahinda, HCl, etc. The highest package offered is 56 lakh and the average package is 5 lakh per annum. About 90 percent of students placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of the college is so much more Affordable. There are several scholarship programs in my college such as on the basis of 12th board marks, jee Main rank, on the basis of sports quota, etc. Campus placement is also very good with a minimum of 4 lakh per annum.

Campus Life

Life on the campus is very simple. Anugoonj is the annual fest organised by our every year, Technomax is the tech fest organised in Month of March every year. The library is on the campus and it is very big and full of books. There are several sports activities like cricket, badminton, table tennis etc. There are several social groups run by Students.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is on the campus and the lifestyle on the campus is very good. The room of the hostel is very good and well furnished with a table and chairs. Electricity and water supply is 24 hours. The menu of the hostel I mess is very good and the quality of food is very good. The hostel fee is 65000 per annum

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
