I took admission coming in college with proper verification of docs. From this year, du is conducting entrance for all courses in du. so students have to qualify the exam to take admission in college. Now DU has started CUCET
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I like it. There are almost 20 teachers no 102 students in my chemistry dept. all the teachers are highly qualified and talented. Their teaching styles are quite effective. There is an assignment and IA test each semester depending on the teachers.it is really very easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Around 700 students got internships last year and with an average stipend of 5-6 k and the main projects revolve around finance hr, sales and marketing, etc the projects can be easily compiled together so overall the internship is also good.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement after the 4th semester and around 50 companies visited last year and around 200 offers were made the highest package was 24 LPA and average is 7-8 LPA and about all of the students who appear for placement get placed and my plan is to go for further education after bachelors.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I was from PWD. I paid only 225 in my 1st year and so it continues in 2nd and 3rd years too. There is a SAF fund in which almost 30 per cent of fees is refunded to students' account whose fees is 17600 in chemistry.
Campus Life
There are all the books available in the library to study. Hindu college fest called mecca is a very amazing fest of du. The classroom is also really good. lots of students join societies where they can explore easily. so it was really awesome in Hindu.
