The eligibility for BTech in CS is around more than 60% in 12th board exams or on the basis of JEE percentile. The course fees can ve viewed on their website and the application form is available there, for admission you have to come to university with your marksheets the admission starts from july .You will get discount in fees accordingly to your percentage and if you are from uttarakhand, himachal and J&K,you will get 25% discount in fees. The admission process is pretty simple only the form takes time to fill.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing Btech from this university and the faculty is good they are friendly in nature. There is around 1 faculty in a class of 60 students however, most of the faculties are Ph.D. in their respective subjects and have a good teaching skills There are two exams in a semester midterm and end term the exam is not too hard it is made by the perspective so that an average student can pass however, if you have to score good marks you have to study hard.
Internships Opportunities
Talking about internship opportunities there are many and they begin from 4th semester You can apply on campus or off campus . You can join clubs from very beginning so that you may have opportunity to secure an internship
Placement Experience
If talked about placements Graphic Era has some of the best placements in Dehradun the highest package on campus placement is 48LPA the average package is about 5 LPA there are around 25 to 30 companies including amazon, Microsoft, and google. The fee structure of Btech is expensive but if you have a good percentage in 12th or in jee you may get a good discount in fees . The hike is around increase of 5000 in next year if you get promoted.There are many scholarships available you can apply for them or take and education loan
Campus Life
The campus life is neat and clean however it is a bit smaller.The life is good the seniors are friendly and there is no ragging. There is freshers party called GRAFEST which is very popular even popular dj's from abroad are called. Apart from this there ara many small fests,debates, hackathons and other activities.There are many clubs related to fun and related to technical skills which also provides internship opportunities
