Remarks

They should improve the management of the B.Sc IT department. The good thing about the college is they take of the hygience i.e the bathrooms are really clean and usable. The techinique of teaching should be improved it should be more easy and fun to learn from the teachers.

Entrance Preview

I had given CET for medical after h.s.c but secured less marks. So as an additional option i had B.Sc IT in mind which later became carrier choice. Admission process was an easy one because lots of seats were available which was not in other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

No company came for campus interview dont no the reason behind it we had to go in other colleges for interview.

Placement Experience

As i mentioned before no company came for campus interviews. One of us got selected in the interview held in other colleges they were offering them 18000 salary.

College Events

Our college festival name is resonance it is an average scale festival. It is celebrated for three days. We are not celebrating it on a large scale. There are some basic indoor games like carrom and chess. Outdoor games are cricket and rink football. There some it based quiz like solving errors and assembling computer computers.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me there are no loans available. Scholarships are available but i have no idea about them.

Campus Life

Sudents ratio is almost equal. There are many curricular activites to participate in and also debates. Many seminar are held for guidance in future. They also have sports day in which many of the sports are conducted.

Hostel Facilities

There are no hostels in college there is one canteen and the food available is an average one.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were really good in behaviour i didnt had that much interaction with seniors. But it was a good experince with the seniors.

But the faculty is very poor the teaching techniques are very boring the managment is also very poor.

From 6 sem th students are eligible for campus placement, there were many companies which gave the placement in this college like eg infosys, biochroma, thakur polytechnic etcthe higesh package was about 11 lpa and average was about 5 lpa , about 80 percent students got the placements but my plan after getting the degree was to do masters

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

The course is an integrated MSc and the Institute is funded by the both university of Mumbai and the department of atomic energy. Student: teacher ratio is so much satisfactory, each professor knows each student. The professors are mainly visiting professors from IIT Bombay, barc, tifr etc institutes.
