Remarks
The process of admission is through a joint entrance examination. Which is conducted by the national testing agency India 2021. This year 10 lakh students appear in this examination from 2021-to 22. According to my rank, I have been selected for College of technology PANTNAGER through merit quota. I select a Bachelor of technology course in this college through the mechanical engineering branch. It is around 10% reservation for schedule tribes students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties of this college is excellent in experience. We are interact with him very easily. They are coming in class honestly and tought us very good way. We are understanding all the topics very easily.
Internships Opportunities
Our college of technology Pantnager also provides internship opportunities to the students. Every year students got an internships in different companies tata motors, john deer, and Ashoka Leyland. It is the best place to start your Engineering life and touch the heights. The alumni of the college also support college students in their placement.
Placement Experience
Placement to the college is average, but in the mechanical engineering branch, it is good. Companies like TCS, Maruti Suzuki, and Tata Motors are visited every year in the college. The highest package is around 12 lakh per annum and the lowest is around 4 lakh per annum. Around 50 Percent of students got the placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The academic fees of this college are 65725 and hostel fees are around 40000 per year. The total fee per year is around 110000. As my father is a little farmer I need some scholarships which I receive from nsp, I received a post-matric scholarship for St students Uttarakhand. Some other scholarships were given to students by the college who performs well in the class and got 1st,2nd, and 3rd positions.
Campus Life
Pantnagar University campus is one of the most beautiful campuses in Uttarakhand. It is one of the biggest universities in India its campus area is around 10000 acres. There are many types of games and sports facilities in this college such as football, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, cricket, basketball, and athletic ground are also available in this university. They are conducted many types of the fest in this college which we are Headed by our seniors but we as freshers only attempt one fest at this time.
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel name is Tagore Bhawan which is the oldest hostel. which is made in the 1960s.The infrastructure is very old. Mess food quality is average. But there are different types of food varieties are available. Around 2km from the University in Mangala, we can also acquire a PG.
