I got admission through my jee mains rank,Which is conducted by national testing agency. I am from SC category so seats are reserved for Uttarakhand students.There are also 10 percent seats reserved for All India candidates.Admission process is quite simple.
Course Curriculum Overview
All faculty members are good, they teach them in a simple manner.In first year of b.tech mostly professors are from college of basic science and humanities.First year subjects are common for all the branches.Faculty members are well qualified.Some of them are from nits,iits and another renowned universities.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities for our industrial and production engineering branch are also comparitively less to other branches.Few companies gives internship to the students.Companies like Tata motors, Ashoka Leyland visit here for placements, internships.
Placement Experience
Placements ratio for industrial and production branch are less as compared to other branchs.Few companies come here for industrial and production engineering.Mostly companies hire mechanical engineering students.Highest package is around 6 lakh per annum and lowest is around 3.5 lakh per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure of the college is comparatively less than other colleges.It is around 65700 for 1st year bachelor of technology for industrial and production engineering branch.My home is in pantanagar so I not opted for hostels.Scholarship given here by different NGO's,state government,and central government.
Campus Life
College of Technology Pantnagar organizes different types of fest and events every year in the college.There is Engineering technology society which organises different types of fest in the college. Sports facility is also good here.Different types of sports organised every year in the college. Classrooms are well equipped.
