Remarks
The eligibility of the Btech from GRD IMT is you have to give JEE exam or for the lateral entry, you just have to have a diploma of three years. The form of the college is on the college portal and the fee is of the whole 4year BTech is around 6 Lakh. The basic improvement that the college need is to maintain the infrastructure of the college and provide a good hostel facility and some extracurricular activities too.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I was focusing on the new technology and the technical things. The ratio between faculty and the teacher is around 1:10. All the faculty in the college are Ph.D. holders and their teaching method of them is very simple and understandable. The difficulty level of the exam is on average too difficult. It is completely dependent upon the subject.
Placement Experience
The placement in the college is an average one. Most of the students get their jib by themself but if there is any college placement the average package is around 4 lakh. My plan after getting a degree is to pursue my dream in the field of data analytics and other technologies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike policy was not so good. They can hike fees between the semesters that's the worst thing this college does. During my final year, I got a place in cholera and one startup company. I didn't join the company because I want to pursue further studies.
Campus Life
The life at the campus is very good. The location is in the lap of the Himalayas. The college is in Dehradun the capital of Uttarakhand. There are many activities which are conducted by the university like a marathon, Fest, and different kinds of educational talks.
Interview Experience
No there was no gd but there was an interview and the written exam. For the exam, preparation student have to just go through the books and the study material which the faculty has provided. Another way of getting admission to college is by giving the university entrance exam.
