Splendid college

Excellent College. Provides a healthy atmosphere. Outstanding infrastructure along with genius and friendly faculty. The canteen is superb. Festivals are celebrated with great events. The best college in India i.e Miranda House. Proud to be a Mirandian.

English Lit is something which can't be explained. The love for books and the genre of love, romanticism, and tragedy is inevitable. That's why I chose English Literature Honours. The faculty is super amazing with the strength of more than 20 and students in first-year students are around 120. The teaching method is quite comprehending, teachers use smart classes for better delivery of lectures. Exams were not tough but lengthy for sure. They were not difficult. Exams were conducted online and on time as they have to be.

The company coming to Miranda house gives different types of internships in the field of content writing, graphic designing, event management, human resource, marketing director, etc. Different roles offered ad HR, software developer, content writer, debate specialist etc. Projects are given by the respective companies and the outcomes and the outcomes are very satisfying and remarkable.

Students from all the semester Esther are eligible for campus placement but priorities are given to 3rd years. Most visited companies are Amazon, by juice, Barclays it, Bajaj, ICA bank, Z media, yes bank etc. The highest package is given to mostly economic students or become students which ranges from 8 to 12 lakh per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is around 45% because many students go for high studies. My plan after getting a degree is to go for the highest studies or civil service.

The fees hike policy is quite affordable. I received no scholarship. No financial assistance either. No job as I am a student and not a teacher :) The fees are minimal and not that high as our college is a government college and they are not that high.

Our Annual Fest named "Tempest" was organized on 12-13 April and was mind-blowing. The best event I have ever attended in my whole life. They are usually conducted in the month of April-May. The library is amazing. Ample books are available for any subject. Air conditioners and Projectors are available too. Active in extracurricular activities and sports events.
