Remarks
The admission process was quite moderate there was a common application form for all the courses and all the colleges of Delhi University. No, I didn't take any entrance examination. The application form is available on the official site of the DU site and the application time was about 1 month from cut-offs. And its filling cost is 250 for non-entrance students and 750 for entrance examination students. The eligibility of the course is to clear the cut-offs which are provided by the particular colleges. In the application form, u have to fill in the basic details, reservation category, gender, and upload the mark sheet of 10th 12th, aadhar card etc. After closing of application form the cut-offs will be provided by the particular colleges and u can choose your courses and college according to your choice in which u have cleared the cut-off.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my course, the subjects are physics chemistry and mathematics is included. I already studied these subjects so I have a little bit interested. In the science department, many professors have well qualified which is some are PhD students and some have a degree of MSC but they have a great knowledge of their particular subject. The way of teaching professors is unique which results that we can understand their subjects. The exam is held for two terms in a period of 6 months. I think it is not difficult to pass the exam because of the small syllabus
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure differs from college to college and courses as I am a student of Hindu college which have different course fees. My course fee was 20460. And the fee structure of my college is the same as the last 2 years. A scholarship is a good opportunity for a student. In my college, many scholarships have some are B.R Ambedkar scholarship, inspire scholarship etc. In inspiring scholarship, there is a stipend of 120000 for 1st year and 60000 for 2nd and then again 60000 for 3rd year. But choosing to inspire u cannot fill the form of other scholarships. And also many companies gave an opportunity to the students as an internship for a period of 1,2,3 months .gave them a certificate of joining and also gave them a stipend.
Campus Life
As Hindu college is famous for its academic and also for its fest which is MECCA. All the students of Delhi University came to attend the fest of Hindu college. The Library of Hindu college is huge and a huge number of books are available where u can find all types of books which can be for academic books, competition books, novels etc Hindu college has a large playground in which basketball, cricket pitch and football ground is present... Every year college held matches of basketball cricket and football with the college to college. The college has around 32 societies namely buniyad which is for civil services society, panchtatva for the environment, etc. These societies are run by the president of a particular society which is chosen by its members of it. Campus Life is great awesome, enjoy fully.
