First, you are to crack jee mains to get admission in nit Agartala. If you get a good percentile then apply for josaa counseling. In counseling, if you get the seat, you will have to come to college for document verification. My sc rank was 5988 and I got electronics and instrumentation branch which is the fourth-best branch in college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was taking interest in engineering since the 12th. faculties are quite good and helpful in the college. Approx all the faculties are Ph.D. qualified. There are two times exams every semester first in mid-term and another one at the end of the term.
Internships Opportunities
Samsung and TCS and the main companies which come for internship every year and sometimes Google also visit here. You also get a salary and an internship. If you are good at academics then your placement is confirmed. No need to worry.
Placement Experience
About 90-95% of students get placed in college. The highest package is 1.2 cr and the average is 6 LPA. I am looking for placements yet and focusing on academics. About 100-150 companies come every year for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fee for the first semester is 16625 and the tuition fee is 69500. You can get a fee waiver if you are from reserved categories. You can apply for nsp scholarship and a state scholarship also. The north eastern students can apply for the Northeastern scholarship.
Campus Life
There are many fests in the college. The library is quite beautiful and almost all the books are there. There is sports complex in the college there you can play cricket, kabaddi, football, tennis etc. One gym is also there. There are many clubs like sargam, DCC, club de photography, aaveg in the college.
Hostel Facilities
There is two bed, one table and one chair for the first year in the room. You have to share the room in the first year. For second-year only one bed and else. The infrastructure is quite good. Mess food is decent not too good. You are to come to the hostel and then register for a hostel. It takes approximately 4-5 hours.
