No, the admission process is very simple through JOSAA or CSAB counseling on the basis of jee mains result. I also go through CSAB counseling after that I get this college online and get this college. I came to the college for admission and the same day I got admission and hostel also but one thing. As there is a little short of hostels, so the local students of Patna, may not get a hostel in 1st year but from the second year, all students get a college hostel.

I choose this course because I am interested in computers and also I want to go to social services like IES which is of IAS level exam for engineering students. There is a 1:4 faculty v/s student ratio. Teachers are well qualified as each teacher's name starts with "Dr." but the teaching methods of teachers are not very good and also I got the teachers are not passionate about teaching. I got only one teacher here (Maths sir)who teaches us from his soul. Exams are conducted properly and the level is also good. It doesn't match the teaching method.

It gives internship programs like in bihta there is a project of a new campus for NITP from our college, students of 4th year get internship opportunities there. A project is also running under the professor of mechanics is bihta airport.

The placements of this college are not very good, obviously, in 5 years this college is doing well but still, there is a lack of placements for mechanical and civil engineering students. The highest package till this date is 1.2 crores annual. The percentage of students getting placed is about 50% including all branches. I am preparing for IES. I think That's why I'm not seated for placement in the future.

Cost is very low for economically weaker students anyone can afford this fee .like hostel fee is 24000 per semester and academic fee 4500 (for students whose parents income not more than 100000. No scholarship is provided by the college but the state government or central government gives scholarships.

There are two tech fests in nit Patna 1. corona (in December )and another is melange. There is a departmental library for each branch, and also a common library for each book, books are available in good quantity. Classrooms are good and also have AC in most of the classrooms. Here sports are not good due to small ground in which only one sport you can play at a time like cricket or football. There is a social group which is operated by NSS named "Sankalp".Which is an educational team who teaches poor students till the 10th class.

There are good hostels. 24 hr. Water, electricity. In the room, the college gives a bed, one table, and one chair for each student. Meal quality is also good in the mess anyone can eat it without hesitation. The registration process is very simple, at the time of admission you have to fill out a little form and you will get hostel easily. In this college, I like the locality most on one side there is the Ganga river and on another side is Patna market, Patna university, Patna science college, Patna medical college, and other colleges.
