For admission, one should crack jee main with 96.5 percentile and above in general pool for both home state and another state. Here NIT provides different courses like Computer science, Electronics, and Communication, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil engineering. Also for B Arch and integrated MCA. 50% of the seat is for the home state and 15% for the girl's category. First, you have to appear in JEE Main so that you will get admission to NIT Patna.

I am interested in the ECE branch but according to my rank, I got Civil engineering branch. The boys and girls ratio in our branch is 5:1 respectively. The faculty is well qualified and our rating is 8 out of 10. There are mid-sem and end sem. Some teacher marking is medium and some have hard marking.

Students are eligible for internships from the third year. From the third-year students can apply for internships. There are not too many opportunities from the college for internships. Students have to work hard on their own for internships

Students are eligible for campus placement after 6 semesters. Many companies come for placement like Goldman Sachs, Facebook Infosys, L&T, and many more. This year there are 110 percent offers that will come to our college campus. In the case department, all students were placed and overall 70 percent of students were placed. I won't to take a placement in the IT sector

College fees are according to the income of the family. Students have a family's income of less than 1 lakh then no tuition fees only academic fees. The fee structure for those students whose parental annual income is more than 5 lakh is 1,25,000 per year. Many MNCs companies come to our college for placement and the placement improved every year.

Campus life is satisfying not so exciting and not so boring. Adequate campus space for chilling and time pass. The ground is of decent size. Only one sport can be played at a time. A hostel for 2nd-year students is best. Events are going in a timely. Like cricket tournaments, football and volleyball tournament are going on. The hostel provides a fan, a bed and one almirah, a table and chair, and wifi. Two students are living in a single room. The hostel provides all the basic things. Meal quality is good and provided according to the menu. Meal quality and menu rate according to me are 8.5 out of 10.
